Fiona is a professionally certified coach and trainer with seventeen years’ experience in the people development field. Before co-founding White & Lime, she was a Director at Oak Tree Coaching for six years. Before that she was a Management Consultant in the People and Organisational Development practice at PA Consulting Ltd. Previous jobs have included Head of Talent and Engagement at RSA Insurance and a range of HR and Consulting roles for Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Nestle and the NHS.

She specialises in Leadership Effectiveness, Clear Head Thinking (helping over-achievers to avoid burn-out) and Career Transition, which includes Maternity and Paternity Coaching.  She has worked with a range of corporate and charity clients including Aviva, Thomson Reuters, Freshfields, The Allied Irish Bank, Razorfish, Comic Relief and the Maternal Mental Health Alliance.

Fiona is a certified professional coach, accredited by the Coaches Training Institute (CPCC) and the International Coaching Federation (PCC). More recently, Fiona has trained with the Neuro-Leadership Group for brain-based coaching and has a keen interest in the role of Neuroscience and Mindfulness.

A recovering workaholic herself, she has a passion for helping others find calmer, happier and more successful working lives. Originally from York, she now lives in London with her husband and two daughters.
