Many of us don’t identify with traditional stereotypes of assertiveness, power and success. It’s human nature to inaccurately perceive shortcomings, rather than to value our differences.  Traditional assertiveness skills training fosters the belief that people need to change their identity to be successful: to fit into the corporate norm.

Our approach is the opposite of that because we celebrate human diversity.

We encourage people to focus on their strengths and be more of who they naturally are – not less. Our coaching and workshops enable people to re-write their old stories and self-limiting beliefs, and to replicate that natural feeling of self-confidence we experience during time with friends, during the most daunting moments at work.  

Better commercial outcomes emerge from people who feel confident in themselves, who know themselves well and who are clear on what they offer and what they need.

Confidence and Impact Workshop

Aim:
To increase your confidence and impact through self-discovery and skills practice

Outcomes:
As a result of this workshop, you will have:

  • Increased confidence in yourself and your capabilities
  • The ability to sell yourself in a way that feels authentic
  • Greater awareness of any inner critic voices holding you back and new skills to manage them (imposter syndrome)
  • Understand and value the equal power of introverts and extroverts

The workshop is highly interactive, and will suit participants who would like to work on increasing their inner confidence and who are willing to be open-minded and to try new concepts and creative ways of learning.

Format:
Two Day Workshop

Confident Speaking Workshop

Aim:
To increase your confidence and impact when speaking to groups (in a meeting, workshop or keynote setting)

Outcomes:
As a result of this workshop, you will: 

  • Have increased confidence in yourself and your capabilities as a speaker
  • Know exactly how to prepare yourself for a speaking event (it’s not what you think!)
  • Discover the key elements needed to create Presence as a speaker
  • Have experienced how to build connection with the audience, so you and the group have a good time
  • Know how to manage interruptions to your advantage
  • Have practiced and refined your skills
  • Feel great about public speaking!

Format:
One day workshop

Coaching

Aim:
Having a coach means creating the space to reflect and work on what’s important to you. It also means being challenged to stretch yourself to be the best you can be. 

Outcomes:
During a typical six-month coaching assignment, you can expect to define and meet specific personal development goals of your choice and emerge with a greater sense of self-belief and purpose. Coaching goals can be around any topic, and we know we attract clients who want to use our expertise in focus and resilience, confidence and impact, inclusion and leadership.  

We listen, challenge, stretch and hold our clients to account.  Awareness is raised, good intentions come to life, and the result is more capable and impactful leaders.
