Co-Founders, Fiona Gilkes and Kate Franklin have worked together for twenty years. We met doing corporate HR and organisation development roles at RSA Insurance in the city of London, where we supported each other to provide an engaging and credible service to internal clients. After some time apart experiencing new things (in the UK and the USA), we have spent the last decade fulfilling our vision of co-leading our own people development consultancy.
Our choice of company name White & Lime reflects the blend of the conventional and the unconventional. Coaches and facilitators with corporate and commercial backgrounds, using methods that are fresh, bold and unexpected.
Our team all have established track records in the business world and great depth of experience in the development of individuals, teams and organisations. We see the best in everyone we work and partner with and care deeply about the long-term impact of our work.
We believe the way the world’s resources are distributed is outrageously unfair. At White & Lime, we have an abundance of goodwill and resources and we see it as our responsibility to share. We donate a generous percentage of our pre-tax profits to anti-poverty organisations: for the last seven years we’ve been donating to Save the Children. We reserve at least 20% of our coaching and consulting time for non-profit organisations, for which we charge no more than 50% of our standard fees.
