Cahit also works in the education and non-profit sectors: offering coaching courses and support for individual educators and entire teaching faculties across Europe and North America and as a European Facilitator (for No-Name Initiative in South African.) 

Prior to coaching, Cahit worked for fifteen years in the UK Qualifications and publishing industry. Leading assessments for both A Levels and GCSEs, as well as BTEC and NVQs. He has worked globally on textbook publishing, specifically across Europe in Higher Education and Psychometric Assessments. In the Primary Sector he Project Managed the UK’s research into the reading achievements of nine year olds as part of a global comparative survey. He is a qualified Prince2 and Management of Risk (M_o_R) Practitioner. He has a BA and an MA in Literature and Philosophy.

Areas of expertise include Leadership Development, Confidence and Impact Building, Resilience and Inclusion. He works with individuals and teams to help them develop confidence and resilience at home and in the workplace. He also works extensively with trainee coaches as they work towards certification and accreditation

Cahit has a broad range of clients in a variety of sectors including the financial services industry, education, publishing and not for profit.

He is a certified professional coach, accredited by the Coaches Training Institute (CPCC) and the International Coach Federation (PCC). He is currently training as an Organisation, Systems and Relationship Coach (ORSC) with CRR Global.

Cahit grew up in East London, the youngest son of Turkish Cypriot immigrant parents. He is a practicing Buddhist and has recently requested Ordination from the Triratna Buddhist Order. As part of this movement he strives to create a more compassionate world in which we can all take responsibility for the stewardship of our planet.
