Obi’s background is in senior leadership and organisational development roles within large multinational Financial Services organisations,and has spent the last 10 years focusing on executive coaching and leadership development. Her clients include Morgan Stanley, Bloomberg, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, TSB, Deloitte, Northern Trust, NHS, Network Rail and UK Local Authorities.

Areas of expertise include: Leadership Team Development and Conflict Management. Obi’s talent is in coaching workplace relationships.  A trained mediator, she is an expert inconflict and has a strong track record of successfully helping her clients navigate systemic and cultural issues that emerge in relationships, mergers,acquisitions and organisational change initiatives. She is particularly experienced at facilitating bold conversations that allow individuals and teams to expand their views on complex issues, explore other perspectives and understand others’ views so they can build better collaboration.

She was awarded her Certified Professional Co-active Coach(CPCC) designation by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Obi is also a certified Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching(ORSCC). She is a faculty member of Centre for Right Relationships (CRR Global)and trains team coaches, HR and organisational leaders across Europe to understand and coach teams/group dynamics, so they can help shape their organisational culture. A trained Mediator by the renowned Centre for Dispute Resolution (CEDR) and trained in the Therapeutic Use of Mindfulness by The British Mindfulness Institute, Obi leverages her extensive education, knowledge and experience in supporting clients in the US, Canada, Nigeria, South Africa and UK.
