Trish is a certified Coach, Facilitator and Associate of White & Lime Ltd, a people development company specialising in calm, confident and inclusive performance.
Previously a senior leader in schools, she has worked with leadership groups, head teachers and senior and middle leaders, and is currently the coach on the executive leaders programme delivered by the national educational leadership body ASCL. She also volunteers on the Department for Education’s Women Leaders in Education scheme. She has also coached senior leaders and CEO’s in charities including Tempo, MIND, Comic Relief and, in the health service particularly for Spire Health Care.
Area of expertise include Leadership and Team Development, Inclusion and Resilience building. As a champion for inclusion in the world of education, Trish has brought this into her coaching ensuring leaders at different levels of organisations access coaching and learn to use their voice to make a difference. She works with clients who are trying to; find a healthy balance between their life and work, prioritise their work in stressful environments, develop their leadership competencies, clarify their next role or career path and ultimately, secure a deep sense of fulfilment and happiness in their life and work. She also facilitates the growth and cohesion of newly-formed or under-performing teams using Relationship Intelligence tools and team coaching.
Trish has a first degree and a MA in policy and management. She is accredited by the Coaches Training Institute (CPCC) and the International Coach Federation (PCC) and continues to train with both these bodies on the coach-match and peer coaching projects. She is co-chair of the London Coaching Group and has extensive training in the Organisation Relationships Systems Coaching methodology (ORSC). She is also a whole school teaching and learning consultant and a strategic support for school improvement and mathematics education consultant.
Trish is a passionate advocate for women, animal and LGBT+ rights. She is a committed vegan and she loves to keep fit by running, cycling, swimming and latterly, dancing. Originally from Wales, Trish now lives with her wife and two cats in Greenwich, SE London.
