Jedda’s background is in Talent Development. Prior to her coaching career, Jedda was a Talent Development Director for organisations across the creative and cultural, mental health and youth arts sectors. Jedda was awarded an Arts Council of England Fellowship in Management and Leadership and she is a founding member of the Women's Equality Party.

Areas of expertise include Creative Leadership, Career Development, Confidence Building and Inclusion, particularly for Women and Parents of all backgrounds.  Jedda inspires individuals and teams to re-write stories that hold them back.  Her clients are enabled to thrive, lead more courageously, and make a deeper impact in their lives, careers and businesses.  

She works with a broad range of clients including tech entrepreneurs, business and government leaders. 

Jedda is accredited by the Coaches Training Institute (CPCC); the International Coach Federation (ACC); Relational Dynamics 1st and by Culture at Work (equivalent ILM level 7). 

Originally from London Jedda relocated to Brighton to start a family by the sea. She’s an avid traveller, yogi and mindfulness practitioner and can’t live a day without music, dancing and laughter.
