Elise’s corporate background is in marketing transformation for global, tech and financial services. Prior to her coaching career, Elise was Chief Marketing Officer for a £2.5Bn global business, where she created a team that delivered £115M+ p.a. in sales pipeline in the second year.  Elise was instrumental in the strategy to package and sell this business, exiting it from Thomson Reuters and achieving a sale to private equity, at a price well in excess of market estimates.
